Real Estate Law :: We are specialized in advising clients relating to property matters. We carry out search title and due diligence of the property. We handle revenue and governmental office work relating to the property. We draft documents such as the agreement to sale, sale deed, deed of the apartment, deed of declaration, statutory agreements to sale under apartments schemes, co-operative society etc. We handle Rera cases. We are retainers for several builders in and around Kolhapur.

Matrimonial :: We have handled several matrimonial cases. In these cases, our first effort is to provide in-house counselling to our clients. We have certified counsellors in the house for such matters. We have been handling matrimonial cases involving divorce, restitution of conjugal rights, maintenance, custody of children, domestic violence and even criminal cases arising out of matrimonial disputes. We also handle matrimonial cases for non-resident Indians.

Banking :: We represent banks as well as customers. We have been representing several banks like RBL Bank, various Co-operative Banks and Nationalized Banks. We have conducted cases in DRT. We are also specialized in handling securitization matters.

International Commercial Law :: We have been providing in consultation and documentation to out clienel in their international business transactions. We have associations in Pune and Mumbai for our support if need be in handling international commercial transactions.

Arbitration and Mediation:: We do a lot of work in the area of Arbitration particularly handling interim measure cases, challenge to the arbitral award, and appointment of arbitrators. We have expertise in representing clients in arbitration and also in house retired associated judicial officers who can act as Arbitrators. Adv (Dr) Shah is a recognized trainer by Bombay High Court in Mediation and is also a Member of the Association of Mediation persons, Mumbai. We provide complete service in arbitration, mediation, conciliation and Lok Adalat.

Mining Law :: We have handled cases involving, mining at various governmental offices as well as Courts and tribunals like National Green Tribunal. We are consultants to many business houses engaged in mining activity. We are specialized in documentation relating to mining i.e. extraction and sale of mining ore and other related documentation.

Education :: We are specialized in education matters concerning colleges and students. We are retainers for several educational institutions and universities. We provide them with legal advice, documentation and even handle their litigation. We even handled domestic inquiries taking disciplinary action against teaching and non-teaching staff.

Medical Profession and Law :: We are specialized in handling medical negligence cases. Adv (Dr.) Shah has conducted several medical negligence cases, particularly in Consumer Forms on behalf of a medical professional. Adv  (Dr.) Shah is on the panel of Kolhapur Medical Association. He is visiting faculty at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences for the subject of Medical profession and law. He is invited by many medical Associations to give lectures on a variety of topic of medical profession and law at various conferences. We have also handled criminal cases in this area of law.

Criminal Law :: We are specialized in handling white colour crime. We have represented our cliental in various criminal cases which arose out of civil cases. We are also specialized in handling cases u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act of dishonour of Cheques.

Revenue :: We handle revenue case right from the level of Talathi to the level of Government. We handle cases of mutation of names in revenue record and documentation relating to the same.

Labour Industrial :: We handled Labour, Industrial and Service matters on behalf of Industries, Union and Employees. We provide all the services for taking disciplinary action against employees i.e. representing parties appointing Inquiry officers etc. We have in house associated inquiry officers.

Training :: We have vast experience of contribution to academics and training in this field. We have conducted several workshops, seminars and lectures relating to law-related topics. We are very closely associated with MIT Group of institutions Pune, Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, various Universities in Maharashtra, Shahaji Law College, Kolhapur and Shivaji University Kolhapur. Adv (Dr) Santosh Shah is visiting faculty at Krishna Institution of Medical Science for their Course of Medical Negligence, and an Honorary faculty to several institutions imparting law training in Maharashtra.
